Alli Dilloian Stephen joined CCFP in January 2023 as a Business Tax Senior Manager and soon after took on the role of Director of Tax Solutions. In this leadership position, she oversees the firm’s tax group, focusing on building and executing the vision and mission of the tax planning services at CCFP. Alli is dedicated to educating clients and prospective clients on the critical importance of tax planning through seminars and one-on-one consultations. She specializes in small business tax, helping business owners not only with tax efficiency but with ensuring the overall financial health of their businesses.
Alli’s approach to tax planning is holistic, recognizing that every financial decision impacts various aspects of a person’s life. She works closely with individuals and business owners to create tailored tax strategies that provide long-term benefits and help clients save money for their future, particularly for retirement.
A proud Gamecock fan, Alli grew up in Columbia, SC, and earned both her bachelor’s in accounting and her Master’s in Tax from the University of South Carolina. With over 10 years of experience in public accounting, she is passionate about bringing clarity to complex tax matters and building strong relationships with her clients.
Outside of work, Alli is committed to health and fitness, believing that exercise helps her maintain energy and focus on all aspects of her life. She recently got married to Chris, and they share two beloved dogs, Charlie and JoJo. Alli loves to travel, explore new things, and go on adventures, including concerts and outdoor activities. She is also an avid supporter of the Gamecocks, especially during football season.
