After graduating with a Marketing degree from the University of South Carolina, Jessica became our firm’s first-ever Client Care Coordinator in January 2024. She has made significant strides in enhancing the client experience, driven by her passion for positively impacting others’ lives.
Jessica understands the profound impact that even the smallest interactions and acknowledgments can have when clients entrust their finances to Capital City Financial Partners. She ensures that every interaction is meaningful and contributes to a lasting professional relationship.
Her primary responsibilities include providing exceptional service, planning and executing social, educational, and volunteer events, and continuously developing innovative ways to elevate the client experience. Jessica’s dedication is evident in the success of our client events this year, which have cultivated a greater sense of community over 120 different clients.
Looking ahead, Jessica is particularly excited about the upcoming end-of-year client events she has curated. She highlights the Cybersecurity Elder Fraud Educational session, led by the Columbia FBI, and the festive Oktoberfest event as two of the incredible opportunities for clients to engage, learn, and celebrate. Her evolving role has been crucial in guiding the organization’s continuous development and strengthening its client relationships. Jessica ensures that clients always feel valued and supported, which is a cornerstone of the mission at Capital City Financial Partners.
