Job Description:
The primary goal of this role is to provide potential & current clients with an exemplary experience through exceptional service. Our Client Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in making certain the firm is exceeding its commitments to its clients from the first impression through the entirety of the professional relationship. This position also plays a significant part in guiding the organization’s future growth and continual development.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Own the first impression each time a potential or current client walks through the door, personally engaging them to cultivate a welcoming environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships between the firm and client through intentional action & communication
- Recognize & celebrate client milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, grandchildren, special occasion, etc.)
- Design & deliver new client and client anniversary gifts
- Plan & execute client functions & experiences (social, volunteering, educational)
- Advocate for client needs and requests
- Answer and/or direct incoming phone calls, providing exceptional, efficient service
- Execute accurate scheduling of all client reviews; assign conference rooms for every meeting in all offices
- Assist clients with paperwork should the Financial Team be unavailable
- Ensure organization and visual appeal of conference rooms & front lobbies

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related major preferred)
- Sales or service industry experience (customer service, restaurant, retail, etc.)
- Scheduling or event planning experience preferred
- Basic financial industry knowledge preferred
- Superior organizational & time management skills; ability to multitask
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experience with Redtail/CRM preferred

Compensation will be made up of a competitive salary with benefits (insurance, 401k with match, disability, paid volunteer time, profit sharing).
The starting base salary for this role will be $40,000- $50,000 (OTE $45,000- $55,000).
